Recapping gathering...
Okay... so mixed feelings on the new media gathering.
1) great to meet lots of people into the same nerdy crap I am.
2) odd to meet IN PERSON people into the same nerdy crap I am.
3) excellent tips and ideas, as well as ability to network for jobs
4) still feeling anti-social. Stoopid reticence!
So I'm torn. But we will come back next month for sure. And I got good British draft beer and food out of it!

Jojo and the mound of coupons...
Jojo and I stayed home today for a mental health day. So much has happened in the past day that I had to take a moment. It was too much for me to handle. I'm still hurting badly, and likely will be fragile again tomorrow, but at least I had some time to help sort out the old exposed nerve-endings. I also worked on coupons, but still haven't sorted them out. Ugh - never take 3 weeks off when you are a coupon queen like me!
I can't say much more here about what's going on, but rest assured, it has nothing to do with Paul and I. Now, off to coupon land again...

Last night recap
Paul and I had free tickets to a screening for Termintor Salvation last night at AMC Newport. It was again an interesting experience, spending close to an hour packed like sardines. We got in with really good seats. The film was good, even to a non-Terminator fan. Christian Bale was really good and I love seeing Helena Bonham Carter in anything at all!

Beauty of Peace
Quiet weekend. Paul and I went to our "nephew's" baseball game on Saturday morning. It was a muddy morning but Rollie"s team managed to win 6-5. We then headed over to Tiffany's house to check on her. Pat was there and Jojo had fun playing with Chyna and Tippy. We came home after grabbing lunch, and then spent a quiet night at home. I cleaned and reorganized our master bath.
On Sunday we slept in until about 10 am, then got up. While Paul was out, I cleaned out the sink, washed the pans, and then started to get a migraine. By the time Paul got back with Jojo, it was horrible. I went back to bed until 2 pm. When it was over, I cleaned the kitchen floor, counter, and cabinets. Paul helped me move the tupperware to a higher cabinet. Then I spent some time online. We got the papers and I clipped half the coupons. Now to beddy-bye.

Back into the trenches...
I'm having an odd day at work today. I feel like the day has flown by. Odd for a Tuesday...
It's been a while since I blogged, but anymore I feel like my life just rushes past me too quickly. Paul starts his job training this Friday and I can't believe it is nearly Jojo's birthday! He'll be two this year. We are taking him to the "Bark in the Park" event at the Reds game next Tuesday. Baseball with the doggies... that should be fun!
Anyway, back to the trenches...
