ERGH!!!
Can't believe I neglected this again!
Sometimes I have no stamina.
Alright, new thing is: On a diet. Really enjoying it for a change. I track everything on MyPlate, an app on livestrong.com. And I'm doing really well these first five days. I hope I can stick it.
I'm not weighing myself until this Sunday, as I only want to weigh in once a week.
Other than that, work is busy as is free time. Finally going to have a nice weekend in tonight, save for maybe taking the dog to a dog park for a change.
I'll write more tomorrow - and that's a promise!
